Branson is well known for being a Vet-friendly location with plenty to do and see.  In addition to what we have planned for the reunion, you might want to do some recon to find some specific areas of interest.    Bring extra $$ for shows and shopping.  Just remember to save some for the annual auction and raffle on Wednesday!    Explore Branson.

We have locked in a hotel west of the main strip for October 21-24.  For those that want to come early or stay late, the group rate will be honored 3 days before and after.  Please consider transportation needs if you plan any excursions.  The hotel is about 10 miles from downtown Branson, MO.  More information is located further below on this page.

Members have received registration information.  The following are more details about the Reunion venues and activities.  Non-members that would like to register can do so by inquiring at info@lpd7.org.

Dinner Show (Tuesday Evening)

The "Who Dunnit Hoedown" murder mystery dinner show is family-friendly show with a large helping of laughter.  The show is a Branson favorite.  

This show is an optional event that will be coordinated by the Reunion Association.  We will lock-in pricing and collect fees as part of the registration.  Attendees will, however, need to coordinate their own transportation (about 7 miles from the hotel.)     

Dinner Show Menu includes Potato Soup, BBQ Pulled Pork, & Herb-Roasted Chicken Breast, Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable D’jour, White Birthday Cake, Dinner Roll, and Choice of Beverage.

Reunion Banquet, Auction and Raffle (Wednesday Evening)

The Reunion Banquet Dinner, a time-honored tradition, will be held in the hotel banquet room on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.  Traditionally, we ask each person to bring an item (bought or made) for the auction/raffle.  Start thinking about what you want might bring now. 

Menu - Provided by Grandma's Goodies and Gumbo

Garden Salad, Green Beans, Red Bliss Potatoes, Home-Style Yeast Rolls and Carrot Cake for Dessert.

Beef Tips - Hand-Cut, Fresh-Never-Frozen Sirloin. Slow Roasted For 12 Hours In A Rich Mushroom Gravy.

Baked Chicken - Bone-In-Chicken in a Special Blend Of Rotisserie Seasonings. White And Dark Meat Mix.

Vegetarian option - Spaghetti, with a Mild Marinara Sauce With Hints Of Basil.

Drinks - Regular coffee, Decaf coffee, Iced Tea, Creamers, sugars, salt & pepper

The Association plans to provide a red and white wine for each table.

Hotel Information

Members will receive a link to make reservations for the Best Western Branson Inn and Conference Center.  This is a pet-friendly hotel, with RV accommodations. The room rate we have is for two queen beds at $89+tax/night. Dates:  Monday, October 21 through Wednesday, October 23; check out on Thursday, October 24, 2024.  Feel free to come early or stay late.  The hotel is locking rates for three (3) days before and after our official dates.

RV Accommodations

Electric, Water, Sewer, Wi-Fi and picnic tables are provided. There are also several very nice shower / bath houses, a playground, a laundromat on site, and lots of shade.

Weather
